On Friday 16th June at 11.20 am Ken Accardi and Alan Skiles shared insights from our latest 3rd edition Global Revenue Growth Management study 2023. The research study was conducted this year and investigated the top ambitions for FMCGs in terms of investments for the future, negative and positive impacts across revenue management, trade spend plans, top major challenges in the next 12 months and more.
In April, during the General Sessions at POI Chicago we also held a panel discussion: 'The Art of Possible - Aligning RGM and TPM Processes, Systems and Capabilities to Enable Profitable Growth Decisions'
The panel discussed how it is possible to put the idea of holistic commercial processes management into practice, with the context of "after hyperinflation", and delved into how CPG companies can equip and prepare themselves for facing future challenges with digitalization and change management.
Watch the discussion faciltated by: Allen Rector, VP North American Sales, Kantar XTEL. With panelists: Dina Zhou, Executive Director, Industry Digital Strategy, Worldwide Retail and Consumer Goods, Microsoft, and Chad Parrott, Price and Promotion Senior Strategic Manager RGM, Johnsonville.

Our pre-conference workshop: Revenue Growth Management in the year after hyperinflation.
The Great Reset.
The workshop explored how to come to grips with the ripple effects of previous initiatives, and the need for practices that ensure a holistic and scalable approach to RGM to ensure ongoing profitable growth. We asked what it takes to reframe, retool and reset RGM practices and capabilities so CPGs are on the path to sustainable growth and success.
Facilitator Alan Skiles, Head of RGM North America, consolidated the discussions and key considerations into a paper that is now available to be downloaded. Download the paper consolidating these discussions here.
