New York, NY, December 17, 2020 -- Kantar, the world’s leading evidence-based insights and consulting company, today announces a collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to allow customers to purchase Kantar reports and select anonymized data directly through AWS Data Exchange. Kantar’s availability on AWS Data Exchange simplifies the process for AWS customers seeking to find, subscribe and use third-party data products in the cloud.
AWS customers can now find and subscribe to a range of Kantar products including audiences, ad monitoring, thought leadership reports and more directly through AWS Data Exchange. Kantar will initially offer data for insights and targeting from flagship syndicated studies such as TGI, MARS Health, Monitor and HomeScores and ComTech Entertainment on Demand (collectively known as “Kantar Audiences”). Kantar will also make available political ad spend reports from its Campaign Media Analysis Group (CMAG) and insights from its global annual Media Reactions study. Kantar will continue growing its relationship with AWS by adding additional syndicated and bespoke data products over time.
“The need for normative third party data among enterprise marketers and agencies has grown exponentially due to the trifecta of COVID-19, the shift of entertainment consumption to VOD and digital platforms and impending cookie and browser changes,” says Susan Tillou, Kantar’s Global Head of Partnerships and Audience Activation. “Kantar’s relationship with AWS to activate data and insights is indicative of our continued focus on making Kantar data more accessible to clients, in their preferred data platforms, and for an expanding set of permitted use cases.”
“AWS Data Exchange customers are constantly seeking new sources of trusted and privacy-compliant consumer data,” says Stephen Orban, General Manager of AWS Data Exchange, Amazon Web Services, Inc. “Through this collaboration with Kantar, customers will now be able to access insights, analytics and consumer sentiments from one of the world’s leading data insights companies directly within AWS to create meaningful, personalized consumer experiences throughout an engagement journey.”
AWS Data Exchange makes it easy to find, subscribe to, and use third-party data from providers such as Kantar in the cloud. Subscribers can easily use the AWS console or APIs to load Kantar products into a wide variety of AWS analytics and machine learning services.
