Kantar Public, the world-leading global evidence and advisory business for governments and the public realm, today announces its partnership with Bixal to provide monitoring and evaluation support to USAID/Eastern and Southern Caribbean.
Under the contract award, Kantar Public’s Development Practice, which is headquartered out of Washington, DC, will partner with Bixal to provide technical and advisory services to assist the USAID Mission in the Eastern and Southern Caribbean (USAID/ESC) in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting results throughout the implementation of its 2020-2025 Regional Development Cooperation Strategy (RDCS).
The four-year MELSA project will support USAID/ESC in promoting a safe, prosperous, and resilient Caribbean region that supports vulnerable populations, withstands external shocks, and promotes accountable institutions, economic development, and private sector led growth.
This contract builds upon Kantar Public’s extensive technical expertise and commitment to delivering the rigorous evidence base and insight required for decision making in the public realm.
