Kantar, the world’s leading marketing data and analytics company, today announced the appointment of several industry leaders to its Americas leadership team.

Effective immediately, Barbara Yacuzzi joins Kantar as Chief Financial Officer, Americas; Paul Evers as Chief Client Officer, North America; and Henry Tam Jr. as Executive Vice President, Sales, North America. Additional appointments include David Boyd, Chief Operating Officer, North America and James Potter, Chief Brand Solutions Officer, North America.

As CFO, Yacuzzi will focus on operational excellence enabling continuous investment back into the business. A 13-year veteran of Nielsen, Yacuzzi was most recently SVP, Corporate Finance and Transformation Leader for NielsenIQ. She was previously Divisional CFO for NielsenIQ’s Global Intelligent Analytics Portfolio.

As Kantar North America's CCO, Evers will focus on client satisfaction and delivery of strategic value. Evers joins Kantar after 12 years at Merkle, a leading insights-driven performance marketing agency, where he held client leadership roles, built high-performing teams, evolved client partnerships and solved clients' business problems through the integration of solutions to support capability maturity and business transformation.

Tam will scale Kantar's ability to bring new technology platforms and AI-enabled capabilities to market in response to brand needs for faster solutions with greater integration and data connectivity in his role as EVP, Sales. Most recently, Tam held leadership roles at BERA Brand Management and Neustar focusing on brand and insights capabilities.

“Kantar is experiencing unprecedented demand from our clients for strategic engagement and operational support as they work to evolve their brands in response to a rapidly changing consumer and marketplace and to better connect to business impact through the value chain of media, creative, innovation and customer experience,” says Will Bordelon, CEO Americas. “We are excited to bolster our existing leadership team with industry veterans from both the market and within Kantar to deliver on these needs.”

As Kantar North America's COO, Boyd will focus on client delivery of faster and more integrated data and insights. Boyd recently held operational leadership roles within Kantar and, prior to that, held delivery and operations leadership roles at Nielsen.

Potter, appointed as Kantar North America's Chief Brand Solutions Officer, moves into this role after more than a decade of leading Kantar's strategic brand consulting offerings. He will draw on a career of partnering with the world's most impactful brands to continue to elevate Kantar’s brand strategy and performance engagements throughout its entire set of brand solution offerings.

“More than ever, our clients are looking to Kantar to help them understand their markets and consumers and apply that understanding to shape their brands and drive impact,” Bordelon added. “Layering this additional talent into our already strong leadership team ensures Kantar maintains its market leadership, providing insights and guidance that enable our clients to achieve their brand and business goals.”
