Kantar today announces the appointment of Reed Cundiff as CEO, North America Region. Reed will join Kantar on May 1st. He takes over from Wayne Levings, who is returning to the UK from where he will continue in his role as Head of Global Clients.

Reed has worked over the past ten years as the General Manager of Customer and Market Research for Microsoft. During that period, he has been responsible for the digital transformation of Microsoft’s customer and consumer insights and revamped his team into an internal consulting team. Prior to Microsoft, Reed had a series of roles in the technology sector, as a market analyst and consultant at Gartner and the Yankee Group and as one of the founders of Compete.
