Can I choose what role I have as a graduate?
Of course! We have many different roles available for starting your career with Kantar. Some of these will include development programmes, others will involve going straight into a role. There is something to suit everyone: start your search here.
How many entry-level roles do you fill each year?
Over 1000 people globally start their career with Kantar each year.
Do you have jobs for people who didn’t go to university?
Yes we do. In addition to our programme intakes for graduates we also recruit for lots of entry-level roles that have varying requirements: please search for jobs to review this. In the UK we also recruit for apprenticeships, so please view our open jobs to see if there is an opportunity available.
How long do graduate schemes last?
Graduate schemes vary in length, but typically last from 12 to 24 months, depending on the team and the country where you are based. All job adverts should highlight the length of the programme, so please take a look.
Will I get paid?
Our graduate programmes come with a salary and benefits. These will be dependant on country and programme.
Can I speak to someone who’s done the scheme?

When can I apply?

Will I get to work in different places?
Some of our programmes are rotational, while some fulfil one job and therefore stay in the same position. Please review the job advert and ensure you ask as many questions as you need to ensure that the opportunity is the right one for you.
What do I need to know before joining Kantar?
It’s really important that you know enough about the opportunity you have applied for with Kantar to ensure the role is the right role for you. An interview is a two-way process; Kantar will be assessing you, but we also want to ensure you have enough information and opportunities to ask questions so that you understand the role and Kantar. Starting a career is a big decision and we want to support you to get it right.
How do you support neurodivergent candidates?
Kantar partner with Exceptional Individuals, who provide support to candidates and employees with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and autism. We can offer you additional support or the adjustments you require to support you through our recruitment process. Please get in touch with the recruiter of the role for more information.
Do I need to have completed my education to apply?
As long as you have completed your education by the start date of the role. Entry-level recruitment processes are often lengthy and begin whilst you are in your final year.
Do I need a work permit?
All job offers are subject to you having legal right to work and reside in the country of application.
How can I prepare for my video interview?
We use Cammio as our video interview supplier. If you are invited to complete a video interview, you will be asked a serious of 3-5 questions and we recommend you look at Cammio’s candidate support page. This will give you information on how to perform a video interview to the best of your ability, and it also gives you an opportunity to practise. We recommend you make yourself familiar with the system as soon as you receive your link in case you experience technical issues and you need to resolve these before you are able to complete.
I’ve been asked to complete the Arctic Shores assessment. What is this?
Arctic Shores is a behavioural assessment that takes place in a gamification format. Set in a futuristic office setting with up to nine levels, it measures 33 personality and cognitive traits. These include traits such as resilience and emotional stability, areas of personality that are hard to objectively assess through self-report questionnaires. These assessments have been designed for everyone, including those not familiar with psychometrics, who may struggle with paper-based tests, or find traditional assessments tedious. Arctic Shores research has shown that the immersive nature and app-based interface of the assessment also reduces feelings of anxiety. Additionally, the assessments are suitable for individuals with learning disabilities or impairments such as dyslexia and colour blindness, and in fact allow candidates to showcase their fit for a role more effectively than traditional measures.
How do I best prepare for my assessment day?
Be yourself! This day is as much for you to find out about us and whether we are the right fit for you as it is for us to assess you. We are assessing you on key competencies we feel are essential to be successful. This will be done through a variety of activities; group tasks, interviews, presentations, case studies. Ensuring you are enthusiastic and engaging will help you make the most out of the day. Do your research into Kantar to understand the role and organisation as best you can. Good luck!
