Challenge
The cardiovascular care landscape is evolving; the patient population is growing and medical providers are looking for ways to improve clinical outcomes, expand access to care, and optimise cost and efficiency. The client was looking to understand unmet needs to inform the features to offer in their next-generation devices.
Approach
We conducted an online adaptive choice-based conjoint analysis among cardiac physicians and nurses to evaluate opinions of potential device features.
Insight

Impact
The study continues to inform discussions within the client organisation as this manufacturer works towards development and launch of the new device several years from now.
