We are integrating sustainability into category strategies to drive significant environmental impact, including segmenting our suppliers according to our type of partnership and SBTi maturity. We are preparing for a full roll-out of our sustainable procurement initiatives, ensuring that all procurement decisions align with our sustainability goals. Kantar has earned a Gold EcoVadis rating in 2024, reflecting its dedication to sustainability and responsible business practices. EcoVadis is the world’s most trusted global sustainability ratings company which works with enterprises in every sector to help drive sustainable improvement within their supply chains. This recognition underscores Kantar's efforts to enhance sustainability throughout its supply chain and promote transparency with suppliers.

Just as we have partnered with EcoVadis to validate our sustainability initiatives, we encourage you to register on the EcoVadis platform and complete the sustainability assessment. This assessment will be a key factor in our supplier review, sourcing, and selection processes. - Coupa serves as our 'Source-to-Pay' system across nine countries, including Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, and the USA. It enhances supplier relationships by providing real-time spending data for better sustainability decisions.
- In 2024, Kantar partnered with various organisations regarding sustainability including the UN Global Compact, the World Resources Institute, and World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
- Kantar has received approval of its net-zero targets by the SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative), recognising our strategies to lower GHG emissions and foster business growth. By submitting targets to the SBTi, we ensure alignment with net zero by 2050, aiming for the majority of our value chain emissions to come from suppliers with science-based targets by 2029.
- We analyse our top highest-emitting suppliers to create carbon-reduction plans, contributing to our Supplier Health Scorecard process. Using Efficio’s CarbonCube® and GHG Protocol guidance, we calculated supply chain emissions and enriched data with CDP, EcoVadis, and SBTi insights.
