This statement sets out information relating to Kantar’s, and all its affiliate Kantar Group companies’, use of Microsoft’s artificial intelligence technology, Copilot, within the Microsoft Office365 environment, including for Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. It is intended to provide users, individuals affected (for example, Kantar staff and job candidates, and market research panellists and respondents), and our clients and business partners, with relevant information about how the technology is deployed, how it works, how we protect data processed by it, and how it is trained and risk assessed.
