I’m the Content tribe Project Manager in the Kantar Automation Platform (KAP) project. I lead teams who deliver new enterprise solutions for clients and enhance existing products, as well as coordinating delivery I also focus on continuous improvement.

KAP rapidly improves the speed of surveys so clients can quickly identify what’s working for their brand. It’s a key part of the Kantar mission – understand people and inspire growth, which is how my work makes an impact.

The best part of my role is leading the squads. They are based in different time zones and global locations, so it can be a challenge to manage, but I like that I have the opportunity to work with people across different cultures. I love working together with great people to overcome challenges and deliver impactful products.
