Valerie
VP, Creative Director, USA
I’ve been at Kantar for over ten years now, which is really incredible to think about. I started as a Senior Creative Director, and now I’m the VP Creative Director of the Insights Division in North America. I lead the future-focused client experience initiative of Kantar, elevating design deliverables through an inclusive lens while also creating efficiencies.
I’m also the lead of the Global Accessibility Employee Resource Group, which is a community that provides support and fosters respect and inclusion for people with conditions and disabilities, both visible and non-visible, temporary and permanent. We also have members who are involved in the lives of people with disabilities or neurodivergent individuals, whether as a friend, a caretaker, an ally, or a family member. My daughter is the reason why I chose to get involved, and I’m excited to see how our ERG might grow in the future.
