Kantar Surveys – Responsible Kantar Companies

The list below details the relevant Kantar company (the legal entity) acting as the “data controller” (or similar term for the responsible party, as defined under applicable data protection laws) according to the country where your survey is being conducted from. This entity will not necessarily be the country entity where you are based, for example if you are from the Netherlands but the survey is being conducted by Kantar in France, the relevant data controller entity is Kantar TNS-MB SAS in France.
Further information about how we process your personal data can be found in the relevant privacy notice, presented to you at the outset of the survey. This is commonly the Kantar Global Survey Privacy Notice (available here), however this may be different for ad hoc and unique surveys.
