Simone

I am the Executive Assistant to the Operations Director in the UK, and I also support the Senior Operations Managers. The focus of my role is to make my managers and others’ jobs easier.

I have also been involved in the ‘Ethnicity Mentoring Programme’. This role was suggested to me by my manager and I have been excited to get involved.

Before coming to Kantar, I really wanted an office-based role. I started as a reception/office coordinator and found that my organisational skills were my strength. From this I moved into a Head of Reception role at a Law firm, the Finance/Office Administrator for an IT company, and then finally landed my dream role at Kantar.

What I love most about working at Kantar is my team! I have felt welcomed and supported from day one. Being happy with the people you work with is extremely important, and I think it brings out the best results.
