Kantar’s Profiles Division achieves global ISO 20252 re-certification

Kantar, the world’s leading data-driven analytics and brand consulting company, today announces it has achieved ISO 20252 re-certification globally for healthcare market research and panel management. The certification is a key competitive advantage for Kantar as a supplier of primary research in the medical sector. 

CIRQ, a subsidiary of the Insights Association, awarded the certification, which establishes globally recognised terms, definitions and service requirements for project management in research organisations. Processes outlined in ISO 20252 are designed to produce transparent, consistent, well-documented and error-free methods of conducting and managing research projects. The certification covers Kantar’s:

  • Full-service healthcare primary and secondary market research, and qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Wholly-owned and proprietary healthcare professionals panel, All Global Circle.

Accreditation assures research agencies and consultancies of Kantar’s exceptional standards in data and service quality. This is paramount in healthcare research where there are often strict legal, ethical and compliance requirements. It is also vital for those ISO-accredited clients who seek partner organisations that uphold the same rigorous standards. Additionally, accreditation ensures Kantar can work directly and indirectly with those pharmaceutical and public bodies that only appoint agencies with ISO accreditation.
