Our client, a multinational food-products corporation, was looking for a partner to build a platform which integrated multiple datasets and was highly visual, engaging and easy to navigate.
The dashboard would also need to incorporate their custom growth framework, which enables users to identify current and future growth opportunities.
We followed a 4-stage approach to develop the dashboard
Identified and finalised data source formats across : KWP, Scan Data, Brand Health, Category Forecasts, Innovation Data, Media, Social, and more. Power BI was identified jointly with the client as the right technology to develop this dashboard.
Collaborated with the client to finalise tool features, functionalities and layout. Developed Illustrative mockups adhering to client’s branding & design specifications.
Develop & Deploy
Incorporated data from various sources and developed Power BI reports as per client approved design. Deployed and tested final dashboard on client environment.
Maintenance & Updates
Application maintenance and regular data updates ensure the client has smooth access to the latest data.
Having a single portal to view data from multiple sources made it easy for users to track business performance and find opportunities for growth.
Time to insights was significantly reduced, as the clients could run their growth framework in a matter of minutes.
The dashboard was user friendly and easy to navigate, and is currently being used by more than 50 users globally.
