Pursuant to our Senior Facilities Agreement dated November 26, 2019 and our Senior Secured Notes Indenture and Senior Notes Indenture, each dated October 30, 2019, the Kantar group is permitted to publish its results for the year ended December 31, 2019 at the level of a reporting entity and on an unaudited basis, by no later than May 29, 2020. The audited results for the period ended December 31, 2019 will be published as soon as they are available.
