Kantar today announces it has completed the divestment of substantially all of the Health Division to Cerner Corporation, in accordance with the definitive agreement announced on 16 December 2020, and the obtained approvals of all relevant authorities.
The remainder of the divestment, relating to China and Taiwan, is expected later in 2021.
